Pelicula’s David Hontiveros: “If I can affect even one person by something I write, that’s a victory all in itself.”

Thanks to the encouragement of many of his earliest English teachers, David Hontiveros has cultivated a lifelong love affair with language. After winning a Halloween Horror Writing Contest and being asked to write a superhero comic book, he decided to make a serious attempt at a career as a writer. Since then he has written several comic books, pieces of short fiction, and numerous film and book reviews.
